The only sure way for native and immigrant people to get good jobs in Canada is to have there people trained to become “human resource people” and that way they can infiltrate the companies and call the shots on who gets hired and who gets fired also they would have the power to promote or recommend for promotion any one they want. “human resource people” positions are the key to opening up the job market so immigrants which make up two thirds of all Canadians. In addition, natives (the only real Canadians) can be promoted or be hired into the better positions. And if they are refused the H.R. positions, it opens the companys up for law suits. fight the system from the inside out. Think about it.

Just how do you figure that !!!! If there is a job opening and lets say 40 people apply , it's usually the most qualified who gets it... That is very hard to prove in court , because it's the company who sets the standards of what their looking for . Sometimes you can be over-qualified ... Companies don't like hiring know-it-alls ... their to much trouble .

The fact you pick on one line, building a strawman (not sure that is the correct name) shows me you are not comfortable with my very wise advise to Natives and imigrents. But i am sure you will find a way to hold them back, keep working at it.

A few points: Not 1/3 but 100% of all those living in Canada are immigrants. More lies, more untruths. I was born in Canada. I did not immigrate here. I am not an immigrant ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Immigrant...meaning.. Please retract your false info, which is a violation of the forum rules

That's BS pure and simple. Not even sophistry. Your ancestors (to our regret) were immigrants. Next time you telephone a federal government agency and you press for english and someone answers---and you think you pushed the wrong button.......... FN haven't gone that route but the visible minorities have. Have you seen any caucasians working in a major airport?

Anyway this is such a really silly debate.. why not add something constructive ,,, if you are capable. Well you started it by lieing and against forum rules, posting false info when you said ALL Canadians are immigrants, which was very easy to prove wrong. A good start would be an end to all the right wing racism and hate directed against these people

May-be we should decide who has more rights as a Canadian or who is a “real Canadian by their seniority” or by their contribution. In that case the Natives would come first and an immigrant that has lived in Canada for thirty years or so and has paid taxes and helped build the country, would of course have more rights according to seniority, than lets say your 15 or 20 year old son a or daughter that has done nothing for the Country. This is without any question the logical fair way to decide who are the “Real Canadians” and who is more of a Canadian……….right? Oh but that would put a lot of the people that call themselves “Real Canadians” in their proper place and it would end discrimination, and of course we cant have that, can we?
And in regards to the point that was made “If you insist on living in the woods 500 miles north of Thunder Bay there is little chance your are going to become Canada's next millionaire..” Then perhaps, they live there because they can’t break through the white-man’s discriminatory hiring policies, which bring me back to my H.R. tip, to break this trend, also in my Canada choosing to live 500 miles north of Thunder Bay is not a crime, and it has never affected the white man that chooses to live there.
