The People's Republic of Illinois has once again proved that firearms laws make no contribution to safety.
In Utah in the recent past, a similar situation, appeared in a crowded shopping mall---the shooter was swiftly dispatched by an Licenced CC armed citizen with NO colateral casualties.
Firearms laws guarantee helpless victims.
