Suggestion for the Goverment dealing with Battery

This is my little save the Earth suggestion to all the politicians and local green tree hugger types groups.
Lobby the government/s so that they give a tax rebate of up to thirty dollars to people that buy battery chargers that will charge AA and AAA type batteries.
I think that once people get used to using them they will never go back.

I also use rechargeable AAA and AA , but the initial cost can a bit much ... a rebate is a good idea ... they did and do it with fluorescent light bulbs , programmable thermostats, up-grading your appliances etc...

...also with all the nurseries opening and tree farms , why not give the trees away that are getting to big. I mean some of trees here are at the 14' -20' stage and are costly to plant properly ... If the tree was free , people wouldn't mine paying more to have it planted right ... just a thought that I would support ... hate waiting for the twig to grow ...
