I have a buddy, in the GTA, who is a certified trainer/examiner tester of commercial drivers. As the safety guy with a major trucking company, he should be able to raod test any driver but is forbidden to test visible minorities---discrimination you know.

The vast proportion of accidents are the handiwork of east Asians, less than 20 % of them have recieved no training or a road test but they are licenced based upon foreign licences. Many are unable to drive a standard transmission car.

DOT is reluctant to deal with them......

Refugees are all economic. It was their politicians that caused their countries to get blown to smithereens or made to be economically unliveable for what ever reason and now they come here to get a chance they may not have had there for life to be different. This is no different now than back in pre-history when people began to poplate the earth. Not hard to understand is it?
