My heart goes out to this poor woman rotting away in a Mexican prison and for what being a cook. The crook she worked for paid Brenda her severance in some of that illegal money but does that make Brenda guilty..only if in Mexico it would seem.
Why any Canadian would travel to this country when they are killing us and putting us in prison. Gee what would happen if you didn't tip the waiter ??

The media has portrayed her as a cook getting her severance package from her boss who was using dirty money. Perhaps she knew about the money and perhaps she didn't but if the tables were reversed and you were in her position I would be supporting you even if you kept some of the truth away from the media. If the Mexicans have more evidence against her why have they not released to shut up the bleeding hearts....perhaps they don't have further evidence and just need a scape goat.
It is one thing for Canadians to bitch and complain while in Canada but outside of our boarders we have to stand together.

I have never been to Mexico and I would also never visit it. Tourists are murdered there and if you step off the curb you are thrown in prison. Best to avoid it altogether.
