Why are Canadians upset with the Order of Canada award? A very long time ago it was obvious that special interests candidates hooked their line to real Canadians that actually did something for the people of this country so they could get awards recognition too. As a result all manner of political and corporate hack could get an award without getting a load of cabbages, rotten tomatoes and eggs thrown at them. So the whole process became a politicized joke as a result. Some of Canada's biggest white collar crooks came to be Order of Canada recipients. So why are we even bothering to be upset with Henry Morgentaller, the abortionist getting it. It bothers me no more than Wally Fox-Decent getting his and even one knows he was nothing more than a political hack and so some a big state protected thief. So why are we upset when the whole thing has become nothing but a made in Canada joke!

The anti abortionists dislike anything that goes against their cause. The whole killing babies thing gets us 'looney lifers' a little bent out of shape. If you can prove that a human fetus/baby is neither human nor subject to animal cruelty laws I would stand behind the decision. I kill animals and eat them, can I get an OoC too?? |

Well i lost all respect for the OC when I learned,at her funeral, that my estranged (and strange) sister was a recipient due to her cherished (well paid) canine-fornicating job as an extension department home economist----just after her retirement and just prior to her nomination as the LPC candidate for the Canadian Parliament.

And don't point out what a disgrace we have become? BTW, can you answer my question, is the fetus/baby human and subject to human rights? Animal/ animal cruelty laws? Which trimester? Which trimester's has Murderthaler done abortions in? Mengele and Eichmann contributed to the ideals of the government of Nazi Germany, has Murderthaler only been feminazism's Mengele? |

Former recipients are free to return their Order's of Canada as it is their right. Doing so just draws attention to the abortion issue.
Personally I don't know what all the fuss is about and don't really care.

Without getting involved in the pros and cons of abortion....I thought it relavent that I point out the for the most part liberals are childless but seek to appropriate the children of others indirectly or indirectly.
Adding to the confusion is the political stance of the Church of Rome.
The Order of Canada is irrelevant as it more or less merely amounts to a LPC merit badge.

Without getting involved in the pros and cons of abortion....I thought it relavent that I point out the for the most part liberals are childless but seek to appropriate the children of others indirectly or indirectly. The latest Order of Canada appointments reconfirm to Canadians once again that to make it all barely palitable without going into billious attacks they must mix complete asses and the valid recipients to continue on with the charade. For me seeing David Matas getting the Order supposedly for human rights has everything to do with Jewish rights and Jewish rights to be heard above all else and certainly over any other non-Jewish Canadian on human rights issue is his only claim to any fame and little more. He is truly a legal bottom feeder, a lawyer, that like cream rises to the top similar to the froth you find on used motor oil. I feel sorry for Michelle Jean because she didn't select him but an elite of the mutual admiration society of Canada'a elite did. Another dark moment for deserving Canadians being tarred with the same brush with the unworthy.  |
