Actually it should be known as the GREEN (wet) DREAM. Recently when being interviewed he was asked what his estimate of co2 reduction would be after his dream was in place for 4 years.

Answer: " I have no idea

Well at least he showed a bit of candor.......CO2 reduction falls into science rather than political ideology......because this whole CO2 AGW,KYOTO,GREEN business is polical with no scientific basis other than junk science/declarations of face, it is somewhat logical that he has no idea.
