Auto Bail-out

.... with all the talk now about bailing out the auto manufacturing sector or not to , I was wondering what are the views on here ?
.... personally , I say let them go under , get rid of the pricey wages,pensions and unions . Bring back the affordable cars/trucks so the lower class can afford them .
.... at a U.S. meeting yesterday with the big 3 , a senator ask them whether they flew commercial or took there private jets ,,, guess what they all flew private ... duh , some savings eh how can we give a bail-out if the executives won't give up there perks or take a decrease in their wage and perks ....
