Police blame vigilantism making Canada USA like?

Recently here in Winnipeg an aboriginal was found trying to thieve a car and ended up being beaten, videod and then featured on Youtube as being what can happen to car thieves in Winnipeg.
Then the various news oulets launched into the pros and cons of what happened to stir public discussion but the most b*****d of comments came from the Winnipeg Police Service that I found stunning. The Winnipeg Police's profound statement jist of was that such vigilantism here would lead to what is so bad about the United States of America. In effect that the USA is so full of vigilantism that it is a bad expample for Canadians!
It only takes some weeks back that the Crystal Taman being killed at a red light on highway 59 all happened because a Winnipeg Police Officer who was drinking it up all night with his workmates blowing off steam as some put it ramed into the rear of Taman's car killing her. What followed up was nothing but police sociopathic coverup, dishonesty, cover-up, lying under oath, lying to inquiries, fraudulent evidence manufacturing and alteration and stooging to help the road killer cop evade prosection where he eventually resigned from the force and was put into a two year house arrest all arranged between lawyers and Crown Ottourneys that told the Taman family that the wife and mother was just another piece of dead meat the police system would like to bury and ignor as soon as possible. That people is the Winnipeg Police Service and their brand vigilantism and they have the gaul to comepare one incident of people fed up with car thieves with one person meanwhile here is the Winnipeg Police Service shooting off their mouths with such a closet load and history of corruption they need a mechanism like the Red River Floodway gates to keep it pent up so people can't see it coupled to embedded special interest media ownership so glued to them to bend the real facts it makes the whole situation sick!
The result and public inquiry called of the Taman killing is that the East St. Paul police force that was staffed mainly by former and collaborative Winnipeg Police Service officers (the jurisdiction where Taman was killed) was ordered disbanded by the Doer Government NDP who finally had the balls and fortitude to do something, anything but it took a death and uproar to do it and with the disbandment had the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, our across Canada federal police service take over the jurisdiction to get rid of the police corruption that tied in directly between the East St. Paul Police force and the Winnipeg Police Service. One police vigilante service down but the other one, the Winnipeg Police Service is and should be the next one to go too now in favour of tier one police force, the RCMP.
Large well documented studies of police forces owned and operated by larger cities show an over whelming breakdown where 10% of those forces like the Winnipeg Police Service is over whelmingly criminal, another 80% go along lukewarm with the 10% that are totally crooked and there are 10% that are totally honest who really don't get that far in the 90% of sheep and corruption over top! What that says is that 90% of Winnipeg Police Service work is based on vigilantism in terms of how they deal with the ordinary everyday Canadians and within that a 15% of the Canadian population that either aspires to be the elite or 5% that is the elite where the biggest white collar crimes goes on, un-investigated, un-prosecuted and well paid off. Within that 10% of the 15% that wants to become the elite or is the elite where that occupies the top 5% is that is organizations like the bulk of the members of the Winnipeg Police Service that want to become part of that elite or within that 5% at the top and will do anything to eventually get there. If that means police vigilantism that operates outside of the Criminal Code of Canada on a daily basis that means there are over 1,000 police officers who subscribe to a police state form of organizational vigilantism to get their version of the job done. If that is not vigilantism on a grand scale no one has to point to the USA and say the vigilantism is there and far worse than in Canada where here all these aspiring elitists in the Winnipeg Police Service should do is look in the mirror and in over 1,000 of them they would see a vigilante that is blind through his or her own blinkers and blinders. And Winnipeg's so-called well paying off elite likes the Winnipeg Police Service just that way because that is where monstrous white collar crime exists in Winnipeg and they are protected by the very police officers who are overwhelming vigilante with the rest of we Canadian citizens.
The next objective come the next municipal elections iin Winnipeg is to elect a non-elitist pandering city council and the replacement of the Winnipeg Police Service with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police which is first tier policing, who yes, do have similar problems that para military groups have like the Winnipeg Police Service but only on a single digit basis which means near 90% of them obey the law and the Criminal Code of Canada first and foremost without distinction to what makes up Canadian society in general which is completely the opposite to what the Winnipeg Police Service now gives to Canadian citizens / Winnipeggers. To get there it means that 90% of Winnipeggers are going to have to vote with their hearts, minds and want of law and order and already the elites are lining up their corporate and media assets to defeat this ever happening.
It took MP Steven Fletcher a run at politics and becoming a parliamentarian to expose to Canadians the extremist right wing neo-facist leanings of the Canadian elites where money abounds and white collar crime goes unchecked and unaddressed to tell Canadians just how rotten Canadian elites are be they individuals, corporations or insurance monoliths like MPIC-AUTOPAC and many others that mistreat and are anti citizen in general but it took the Winnipeg Police Service to show just how rotten to the core they are as part of being aspiring elitists. They are not an exception to the rule that they like to point out the Crystal Taman case was. They are the rule that is near completely corrupt and that makes them in Canadian society one of the most vicous of vigilantes.
It is true that I am very critical of certain aspects of Canadian society and because of that these Winnipeg related paramilitaries have cursed me for being critical of them and have urged me to go back to where I came from, the United States of America though I grew up here from age 2. That means that truth hurts them and that means they are vulnerable and need to be done away with before they can do any more harm to the families of other Canadians, Winnipeggers who are not Tamans but they might be Chungs, Roskowskis, Carriers, or Harrars. That is something that can not be tolerated any longer.
That means no Winnipeg Police Service , it gets disbanded completely and no their lackies in the Law Enforcement Review Agency of Manitoba and no to the Winnipeg Police Advisory Council and no to an alternative termed as a Winnipeg Police Commission but it does mean YES to the City of Winnipeg contracting to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police a national first teer police service and a YES to a national Canadian Public Police Disputes Commission that covers public problems that may arise from a not perfect but a better trained national police force. Teer one police services are long overdue, it is high time Winnipeggers get rid of near completely vigilante far less than second rate and corrupt policing and finally smell the coffee aroma of something completely better and more dedicated, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
I will be leading that charge as Winnipeg's next non-elitist and non-racial next major. There is little doubt from what I have written here at different times before on similar topics that I will be one target the Winnipeg Police Service and their supporting elties have and will again try target and get rid of through some crime of their own in their vigilantism they are sure to invent and inventive they are just as overwhelmingly as criminal as they are.
