INCOMPETENCE & NEGLIGENCE IS NOW MEDICAL ERROR????

When dealing with Canada's "family compacts" like its insurance monoliths like Medicare, its doctors the CMA, its lawyers and other associated and differing versions of professions associations and government interests commonly called and known as of all things - mafias they have again succeeded along with their media friends bent everyone into thinking that "negligence and incompetence" in the provision of medical services at all levels where secrecy is paramount first and not the patients has become what is now termed as "Medical Error"!
"Reportable" Medical Error is when no one actually gets hurt other than the trust people would normally have in a system where doctors take some oath not to harm! "Non Reportable Medical Error" is where people are hurt of killed by the very people you would think you could trust where an immediate curtain of secrecy drops and where only leaks sometimes happen to reveal that a catastrophe had happened some months if not years after when the patient and the general public should have known a long time ago but government insurance interests blocks it so as not to incurr liability if not much warranted criminal prosecution!
Wonder of wonders with the media touted change to embrace the words "medical errors" saying that medical staff would more than likely come forward if they could not be help responsible for medical errors instead of what they really are being negligence, malpractice, fraud, reckless endangerment, incompetence, criminal fraud, insurance fraud, dirt, filth, grime, no surgical checklists and finally cleanliness is not in the budget there has been absolutely no change in the statistics of anyone taking responsibility where things in hospitals and doctors offices go wrong where people are hurt, maimed or killed!
