MB. JUDICIAL APPOINTMENTS PROMOTE MORE WOMEN, BUT!

With great fanfare and photo ops for Winnipeg's far right wing appologist Winnipeg Free Press newspaper great pronouncements and a large picture of provincial judges shouting "Gender parity on bench soon?" Two looming judicial appointments could make women a majority amongst the ranks of the province's judges (Manitoba) - unique in Canada. Add to that "If your a girl and your looking for a career, when you look at the bench now you see a reflection of yourself!
Well that last statement was sure a zinger as I am sure Tracey Lord the Judge and Traci Lord the porno queen would sure not want to look in the mirror to see the what ifs of their lives!
Let us get serious now, it does not matter who the politicos and that who they are, who they appoint to the bench. The major evil to that entire system is that it is appointed and political appointments are the root of all evil in the Canadian Judicial System. Being female or male does not mean a thing because the appointments are beholden to their politicized appointers and their political interests which in Canada are far, far right wing and neo-fascist so that is the kind of judges you get whether they are female or male. To hear the judiciary squack that they are judicially independent is quite correct and in that independence they are able to accept being beholden to the special interests and elites that demand their fealty and as a result judges give it. Because they are appointed be they male or female Canadians can never get rid of the bums which Canadians could if the Canadian judiciary were democratically elected, but we just can't have that in Canada, the electorate are such children and should not allowed to do such things!
Let us look at this so-called Equal Justice the Winnipeg Free Press brays about. Somehow changing the appointment balance or equalizing of judges from male to female is somehow going to give we the citizenry equal justice? I don't know about you but the populace is sick and tired of judges, male or female in terms of what state of mind they wake up to in the morning to greet the world especially if they fell out of bed or their mate is an abusive SOB. What about the ferocious temperment that they exhibit when they hit their monthlies, it is a fact that, that is when they should be avoided at all costs and humoured if in contact with them. A woman scorned is twice as bad so should we have to put up with this for how long?
The males judges are not much better because they are more generally conspiratorial due to the old boys club that has operated for decades in the judiciary. They know they are hard to fire so they play that to the ragged edge in terms of judicial fraud and conspiracy knowing they are politically protected as well as protected by a system of Judicial Complaint and Review that in Manitoba just does not work! File a complaint and the chance of anything happening is nearly nil and they have the legislated right "to do nothing at all too"! When you think there is something of a division between the Crown Attourneys, the Judiciary and the Winnipeg Police Service don't count on that. They are into camaraderie that defies description. A somehow vindictive judiciary wants to try to teach some upstart and justice demanding member of the public some kind of lesson like they did to me, they all collude and they will act against you, lie and cheat you and it all comes from the cast system structure of our legal system as a justice system it ceased to be a long time ago centuries ago here.
You have to remember that these appointees are more worried about dragging their robes through a gravy boat at lunch than they are about not only doing their job in the community but also going out to the community to educate the public just who they are and the good and not so good parts of the system that makes it so, even it it extremely right wing. This they might do with elementary or high school students who are easily impressionable but never the general public because adult are not so easily taken and impressed especially from a judge or judiciary who has a big problem looking you in the eye when talking to you verifying their existance as grotesque as it is, is just another big political appointed lie that the adult children of Canada are just supposed to accept as to be otherwise would put the power to the people the elites just could not see done, it would be a revolution.
If it seems that I am anti-judiciary in what is a legal system where judges are politically appointed it is true I am less than impressed. Canadians are continually robbed by this old boys and fast becoming old girls club too where right wing agendas steal from the people, we the Canadian citizenry and moreso here in Manitoba than anywhere else. Manitoba as a province has also seen a bigger erosion of legal rights than anywhere else in Canada. They are in the form of government insurance monoliths prople have been barred by government to use the courts to use checks and balances where liability and fault are real. Judges generally come from the ranks of lawyers and lawyers in Manitoba are in a conspiracy with the government and their interests where in the courts system less available to Manitobans a decade ago do not bite the hand that pays them doing government work. To add to that lawyers with their lack of ethics and balls in general do what they are told by their own Jewish dominated law society and that too is carried over when they are annointed to be appointed to be a judge. The beholdeness is appauling.
Of course our Judiciary would say that all this is just not so but the proof would be in the pudding if they are asked if they would prefer to be appointed or fight a democratic election and win to assume the job or as an incumbent and go on for anther term? You would be met with stone silence as none of them believe they should face any of that for it would be to hard to face comming from such a right wing caste elite group.
From all this it could be construed that the judiciary can be looked upon as a dangerous joke is a correct assumption so deal with them as best possible knowing what they are and most certainly what they are not. To be forwarned is to be prepared as their world is that of lots of skeletons in their closets and the idea is not to become and addition to a profession that can not and should not be trusted. Their track record proves it and only election of Judges will ever change that.
