A due public notice going up everywhere in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Due to bio-hazard contact and staff spreading recurrant infections at and in the Winnipeg lawyers firm (the Doer NDP Manitoba's lawyers firm to do government interests legal work) of Thompson Dorfman Sweatman and in their criminal irresponsibility in dealing with the public where they sprEad bio-hazard VIRAL & BACTERIOLOGICAL diseases from amongst their own staff and then the public, the public is advised not to have any contact with Thompson Dorfman Sweatman in person or through the exhange of containers, envelopes, documents and anything else of an object as it would expose the receiver or exhanger to their infections TDS pass off in their unhygenic state that will make receivers extremely ill with bacteriological or viral infections where even death is a possibility.
Refuse all THOMPSON DORFMAN SWEATMAN deliveries and return anything they try to pass off as a return to sender.

It did not take long for Winnipeg police sources in response to people's justifyable fears, to advise anyone from the public receiving any delivery of anything (letters, files, boxes, couriered packages etc.) from the lawyers firm of Thompson, Dorfman & Sweatman not to return them the way they came as such actions would and could produce an utter stop, seize up and cause massive disruptions to the mails system through Canada Post for instance due to health and safety provisions in law and in labour management agreements how such suspect letters, packages and files should be handled which could mean full HAZMAT mobilization of government safety resources no different from biological, chemical and even nuclear isotope leakages and exposures to people around the object in question.
What the police sources are not advising people receiving these items from Thompson Dorfman & Sweatman lawyers of exactly what to do with them? Advice like a person calling HAZMAT hazzardous disposal handling teams themsleves to deal with it? Such non-advice is putting other people at risk they just do not want to be in from Thompson, Dorfman & Sweatman lawyers firm and their contaminations.
Being that I was trained in health and safety and held the Manitoba provincial certification on it, advising people what to do in such cases, it would seem only right that the HAZMAT dangerous goods people in your province (in this case in Winnipeg or Manitoba) should be called and that such received items no longer be handled letting HAZMAT do their jobs.
If you already opened the object and are exposed to its contents, consult you physician of course on what course of actions to do with him or her to shore up health and safety concerns now and for periods later as incubation and exposed to periods for some items last from days to weeks and so on.
Since police sources are advising people something without knowing the details, along some lines, it would seem valid that concerns about anything coming out of the lawyers firm of Thompson, Dorfman & Sweatman are justiifed and that public concern is justified.
