MEDICAL BOOGEY MEN ID'D IN BRIAN SINCLAIR DEATH

BrIAn Sinclair a known aboriginal amputee, wheel chair bound and disabled, one of the most vulnerable people our society produces waiting in the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre Emergency waiting area having gone in line asked for help and dispite throwing up all over himself waiting and security personnel intervening time and time again as seen on video tape Brain Sinclair died and was left there for over 30 hours dead until a member of the public horrified that the man was dead exploded and raised public attention to the this horrible killing which was death by depraved indifference a known criminal offence here in Canada.

Who were identified saying on behalf of the Health Sciences Centre and WHRA, its head Dr. Postyl and his yesman Dr. Brock Wright that nothing was done wrong, no wrong doing and that the evidence when it came to security videos showing Sinclair and the Security staff beeshecing for help for a dying Sinclair got none did not mean a thing! The whole bunch at HSC and WRHA need immediate firing, prosecution and put into general prison populations for life. Brian Sinclair deserved none of this criminal behaviour in life and now in death deserves as his family deserves closure through real justice. Timne to find some qualified aboriginal police, aboriginal prosecutors, an aboriginal judge and aboriginal jury. Surely no other races qualify to deal with this criminal travesty. I am very ashamed to say I am white or even Canadian any more.

Manitoba has really advanced when it comes to the treatment of minorities, the disadvantaged, the most vulnerable in society has it? The police shooting of aboriginal sisters J J Harper, The two stabbed to death sisters who continually called 911 police for help that got none until they were killed, disabled people having police guns falsely and illegally put in their and their families faces and now Brain Sinclair being killed by wreckless indifference.

By the way Crystal Taman also ws of mixed blood of some aboriginal stock and she was treated like some found on the road dead roadkill by the coveruing up police where corruption is some 80% of theri known game.

This is just what some of Canada has come to and somehow our leaders are trying to tell all of us that Canada is better than the United Sates of America. How shamefull and how neo-fascist can you get. In Manitoba it sure can be said that people elected and are now getting what they deserve from the Doer NDP aka Neo-Nazi Doer Party!

Canada is fast becoming well known to it own citizens that the "citizenry" are being treated as a "feed stock" society for elements in our country that has an exclusive wish to profit by it.

The roaring conflicts of interests arising from this "feed stock" in our societies are just roaring as a result. It gives the picture of such interconnecting life in the backs of each pockets of other vested it is incredible that Canadians put up with it because purely and simply your being micro-managed in your lives to death for the exclusive the financial pleasure, greed, averice and gain of a small segment of society that does not give a damn and never will just like that involved in making decisions around the Brain Sinclair lilling at HSC.

The other day in the news the justifyable stink raised by the Health Sciences Centre WRHA authority raised the corporate viel just enough for analysts like me to see under it and confirm the roaring cases of conflicts of interests that operate on the Board of Directors of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authourity that operates all hospitals in Winnipeg including the HSC were Brain Sinclair was killed. I use the term "killed" because that is what denial of service did to him, it killed him and that was criminal.

The composition of the WRHA Board of Directors opens to the door to the conflicts of interest against the public interest and endanger the public exist. When the position on the killing of Sinclair was discussed at the board level and commented to on the media and here in Winnipeg we know that you can not find a doctor who would testify in court against another doctor, or even find a lawyer wishing to engage in medical negligence and malpractice never mind even get into court to have the matters judged!

How these roaring conflicts of interest are identified is by who has been appointed to the WRHA and speaks on its behalf. Yesterday board member and vice-chairman Alan Finebilt was identified as such by the media but what the media did not say was that Alan Finebilt's real full time job is that of being the full time Executive Director of the "Law Society of Manitoba" which happens to be the governing and licencing for all lawyers practicing law in Manitoba. His conflict of interest loaded and purely partisan advice to the WRHA concerning the Sinclair killing and scandal was to keep the report on the killing a secret that lawyers should handle!! He is feeding his own professions interests to make money and lots of it at public expense.

The audacity of this man, a lawyer himself is to prove the conflict of interests against the public interest from a position of his full time work that he did not disclose that gives everyone the view that the public looses everytime they have to deal with a corrupted health care system run by self interested parties whose sole purpose there is to fill their pockets with public money no matter what the dirty circumstances there are while they are doing it!

The previous provincial governments of Manitoba have done everything to encourage these massive conflicts of interest forming and operating in these organizations like WRHA at public expense with the object to fleece the public at every turn the complete objective no matter what happens to the public and they ensure all doors are closed to any dessent through having all these organizations interconnected with these preditory conflicts of blocking all systems of check, balance and redress.

The Doer NDP Government has never shown any balls in protecting the public interest by making such appointments to boards of self serving conflicted with interest professionals illegal and when any found to have happened removed. It does not mean that a Board of Directors can not enlist professions advisors and not receive submissions from outside advisors, it all just means that they can not be appointed to Boards of Directors because clearly they cripple Board's decisions making processes by the self interests they represent and put forth.

Alan Finebilt as a fine example of who never should not be allowed to sit on such a public service (Health Board) as he represents elements in the Crown (attourneys), the Manitoba lawyers pools, The Manitoba Bar Association and the Judiciary (judhes who were lawyers before they became judges). None of these elements have been shown to work for the pople of Manitoba except out of self interest money making. So under the circumstances of all the graft and corruption going on in Doer's NDP Manitoba doing on the Board of Direcotrs of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority? He is s direct threat to patient rights and the public interest to have a air treating and proper operating public healthcare system. His single business there is to take care of future business for the lawyers profession and that alone. To rescure the public interest he Finebuilt needs to resign and if not then kicked off that board. He is just one example identified where with him there all citizens loose.

As for Winnipeg's stilted right wing corporate media and their shallow reporting, shame on you all for being so poor a news service as not disclosing Alan Finebilt's real conflicts of interest by his real position in public as Executive Director of the Law Society of Manitoba was something else you did not want the public to ever know. Again, Shame on you!

With great media fanfare Winnipeg's corporatized right wing media hails the self appointment of chief provincial court of Manitoba Raymond Wyant to conduct a coroner's inquest into the killing of aboriginal double amputee Brain Sinclair who waited and died waiting for service at Winnipeg's Health Sciences Centre a WRHA organization. With the known judicial fraud, crimes and conspiracies well known to exist in his provincial court where he is the cjief judge, acourt where NDP Government insurance interests run wild vigilante amook with the police, corrections, crown attourneys in a fascist merry go round reminicent of the weirdos in PeeWees playhouse you would think they could find an aboriginal judge to hear it here or from outside the province to do just to the process but instead he, Wyant, the whiteman appoints himself! Somebody should have awarded the yoyo a fresh raiser, polishing cloth and wax so he could go out in Manitoba to get a fresh case of brain freeze to see if anything shakes loose in the bees nest between his ears with his own appointment!

This whole thing smacks of the same kind of fraud that the Peguis Reserve theft at Selkirk was presided over with. The patronizing has already started with the exortations that a new clinic will be named as the Brian Sinclair Clinic in his honor! Or should that really read in his and our horror! Tha adacity of this province and the system that did this would give some meaning to his death and his killing that they would not give him and others like him in life is hypocracy at its best and all that the system is capable of in this DOER NDP governed province which is no different than it was under the Filmon PCs before them!

I can just see it now! Dr. Jon Gerrard of the Manitoba Liberal Party exhorting those responsible for Brian Sinclairs killing to come now come forth as their kind of professional health givers do and say "they are sorry" but doing that they are not responsilbe of it? Right Jon Gerrard? As a result of your Liberal sponsored legislation adopted all party her in Manitoba doctors and professional care givers can not be held accountable for their saying sorry for malpractice, negligence, fraud, insurance fraud, wrongfull deaths and in Sinclair's case an Emergency Room killing, in Manitoba courts anymore! You Can Thank Gary Doer's NDP, McFayden's PC's and Gerrard' Liberals for passing that law in a string of anti citizen laws, again removing another persons rights they used to have under the law in the increasingly more no fault province where no is accountble for anything anymore. A province where doctors excell at burying their patients!

Manitoba is very much now a chronic example where the biggest violators of good government, law and order are the very people paid and elected or appointed to do so.
