If you could ever find a black robed Manitoba Provincial Court or Court of Queen's Bnech judge ready to test out his bat like vertilack flight skills by jumping over a legal cliff, you will certainly find more than one judge like that in Manitoba always ready to do so as if they really do believe Lemmings actually do in their annual migrations in Canada's far north to jump off cliffs! 
In a province where judicial reactionaryism, judicial whoring, judical pimping and special interests judical brown nosing is all justified to the public under what these Manitoba judges call "Judicial Independence" is like a Hollywood movies saying "the greatest story ever told" in Manitoba when it comes to judicial independence to Manitoban's it is "The Greatest Lie Ever Told"!
Only in Manitoba is the judiciary 100% insurance interests owned be they public insurance or private insurance the judiciary stands in front of the people like Mr. Bumble in front of Oliver Twist with saying to Manitobans with their gavels "that they can not have more", "we are going to take away more because you don't need it" and we are judicially independent to do it" so na na na!
If you think the shrill and bombastic people's courts used to execute the innocents during the Nazi reign of terror in Germany prior to and during WWII were an obscenity and abominations come here to Manitoba as the judiciary here would make Hilter and his henchmen proud that they did a good job that is still going on in the future here and there and everywhere!
Only in Manitoba's judicial crackpot scene in my lifetime does an entire supposed profession judges think they are right to subborn the entire financial rape of a Winnipeg industry (garment) workers paychecks, benefits & pension funds in the last half century. Have a judicial inquiry to look into what happened there without a single prosecution with the thefts of millions and then in silence trigger a bigger run on the same things for the last part of the century into the new millenium until it all disappeared into a judicial and legal black hole hundreds of millions of dollars disappearing into the sunset leaving the city and its people one lot poorer as a whole.
Only in Manitoba can people die or be killed by wreckless and wantom indifference where people are protected by the full force of criminal law by other laws leading to inquests where blame can be assigned but no one charged under the Criminal Code so something better might be learned by and for society instead of people being jailed or heaven help executed because it was all and error and need not have happened but did!
Only in Manitoba is cowardice and sloath so prevelent in the judiciary that judhes are mortiifed to go out and educate the public on what judges in this province are rally all about so to minimize public scruitiny they make sure they never appear in public to tell their stories unless it is to some kind of class bordering on kindergarten lest someone sticks a finger up a judges nose and asks him or her "how come"? To a judge here a "turkey shoot" is not shooting a target with a gun to get a prize it has more to do them as a judge being used as a target for rotten tomatoes and cabbages that would stain their elegant black robes that would not compliment the gravy stains from lunch that they save on their robes to suck on lest they get hungry duing some hearing and have no gravy to suck on!
Only in Manitoba do lawyers think that only they as a body of supposely learned professionals should have judges from their ranks but then how does one account for the father and son tag team match of the Monnins where the father became a chief justice and in keeping with the good old French family compact mafia old boys like system of Manitoba judicial progression arranged to have his son Marc become a chief justice once the old man retired! The most weird thing to that is Marc Monnin actually believed and believes he was entitled to what his father attained given he is not even half of what his daddy was!
When it comes to race that should have no basis for judicial appointments Manitoba's judges have a multi-cultural mosiac no different than Manitobas mosiac of corporate media ownership, more Judeo than Christian both rednecks where they actually think and practice that they are their god's choosen people and no one else means anything else.
Manitoba is the only province where the Manitoba Judicial Council does not work because there is no public good there to work for! It is a judicial council at one time chaired by an idiot judge by name of Jeffrey Oliphant that would actually rule on matters contrary to the laws established by precedent established by the Supreme Court of Canada if you please! As it the decisions of the highest court of the land was something he could take or leave anytime it suited him....Its no wonder why he was shipped to do the Mulroney and Schriber case in Ottawa where crooks are crooks and they make each other nervous just like their dogs. A place he could be forgotten while his sinelity took full hold.
Only in Manitoba can you find judges willing to attack the most vulnerable in society, its disabled as what could they ever need or want as they are a drain upon Manitoba's society! Machiavelli would have been pleased with the judicial scongos here practicing that kind of judical sportsmanship! To take that even further the iudiots that call themselves here judges in Manitoba have the gaul to bar citizens from the courts because these citizens are too demanding for them as judiciary as if spanking the public like young children only to carry out criminal actions against these same citizens in another court held in some judicial closet in concert with the legal crookery when it suits them for some payoff consideration some time in the future.
If you have ever hear of people painting themselves into corners with no way out it is reall all about the Manitoba judicial way of doing things to a "T"! These judicial stool pigeons and boobs beholden to some one for something all the time will hear a pre-arranged "shooting fish in a barrel" case where one side of a dispute with connections to the judiciary will be well represented while the other side such legal arrangement for representation is locked out by professional arrangement making the case one sided and for the purpose of proving one thing. That the Manitoba judicial system is not about law and order it is all about facism where "the ends justify the means"! To get a crooked decision you need crooked politically connected clients, crooked lawyers and above all else crooked judges! How Manitoban! Dare to complain about to the Manitoba Judicial Council you like many many others might write your letters to complaint to them but its a near guarantee you will never hear from them again or if you do it will be from some chief judge urging you to make his suggestion of a Barnum and Bailey Circus of it by advising you that they are not the best place to solve a judicial problem but do suggest more people to make a 3 ring circus out of it where all the action might make you dizzy and make you sit down!
If all this sounds like Manitoba's judiciary should be wearing war paint like Britan's Braveheart William Wallace swinging some judicial long broadsword sword in protection of law, order and the public good the judiciary here seem more like the recent Balkans Wars thugs and henchmen swinging big clubs for special interests while committing legal genocide against the public are at every turn because that is all they are capable of anymore and little else.
Under these circumstances we the people need to protect themselves against these legal judicial vigilantes, robber barons and renegades. When it comes to trials where you are not guilty to begin with insist or create it so you can have a jury trial as trial by judge the outcome has already been predetermined for you and against you where juries are basically for the people where judges never are. When judges have hearings against you in abstentia where your prescence was not seen to or barred such decisions made are to be ignored as with an inoperative Manitoba Judicial Council your complaint about a judge wil be ignored. Appealing a decision to a higher Manitoba court under such circumstances is to certify that the lower court decision done in your abscence without your right to be heard could be considered by a higher court made of of these judicial renegades and vigilantes predecessors from the lower courts could validate an illegal decision making it a valid one your going to have to fight to the Supreme Court of Canada if you have the resources to even begin to do so which they all hope you do not.
Ever wake up some morning to find you have been subjected to juducial fraud and judicial theft? Then ask yourself just where do you turn to for law and order? The Winnipeg Police Sercvice? All that comes to mind is the Crystal Taman's victimized by todays second teer police forces. As a Crown Attourney for help? They all want to be future judges! Ask another judge? Tha last thing a judge would do is grab one of his or her brethern by the ear to make them accountable what so ever for fear they could loose their position at the hawg trough of judicial largess. So is there no protection for the people with such a judical pox upon the people put upon the people by our standing in trough pissing in the same place they eat politicians there is. Its called civil disobediance. Civil Disobediance is your right no one can take away from you. Be preapred to use it even it at some points means the use of all out force to keep your rights intact. Just like all crooks, crooked judges do not want to deal with a victim fighting back and not willing to make an easy target of themselves as that becomes too hard for even our judicial criminals. If that seems too harsh have another look and see what the judiciary have done for the common person lately? It has been only one thing and that is to take your rights away and give them to the special interests that pay them off handsomely and all below and underneath the table where they like to receive it all best.
If all this sounds like Manitoba's legal or judicial system if it even begins to be concievably be called that, is totally corrupt and criminal and unethically and immorally into itself? It is! Should you anger them in their corruption and their payoff to some interest they are protecting they rule you can not have and be barred from having firearms to protect your interests against them when your attacked again where even a 2 X 4 plank will then do just fine for you too to keep your interests protected from them as they are todays judicial thieves with that black robe to make them very much to look the part!

Where the Canadian Judicial Council is in this entire judicial morass?
