INSURANCE COMPANY MONOLITHS - MONOLITHIC COMPARTMENTALIZATIONS AT WORK
Many have heard that dealing with insurance companies is akin taking on a suicidal mission one might not recover from. That insurance companies have the best resources and assets money (at times yours, the premiums you pay) can buy. That insurance companies employ the best (for the premium they pay) they can find. In what ever they do they do so to defeat a would be challengers anywhere they find one challenging them. If there was ever an inverted pyramid coming down on a smaller target this is it but even they have weaknesses that can be followed to successful end.
Few lines explain tremedous power in itself but what happens where governments make them immune from prosecution or court action especially when they are government interests governed by the provincial laws of your province? It seems the power become insurmountable but really is it? The fact is that pyramids pointing down on targets are the worst configuration that could ever be. Just like the famous Manhattan project that gave the USA the worlds first atomic bombs it also gave away access to the same secrets giving up the secrets of chain reactions to hostile countrys giving them the same destructive powers just a few years later. The problem of the pyramid used to model the Manhattan project is what organizational engineers today called compartamentalization and in that structure is the downfall weaknesses once identified that bring bring all pyramids down.
To explain compartamentalization is simply illustrated in a few words where massive amounts of people and resources are put in separate compartments where one compartment does not know what other compartments are there for or even do. Where operational secrecy is within each compartment and where no compartment knows where their place is in the whole scheme of things to arrive at a final product no one actually knows everything about nor how they actually got there or who they helped or hurt all in the process of getting there.
Like are pyramids the points are sharp but imagine each part of the pyramid as a compartment and what happens when one compartment after another becomes fractured weakening the structure as a whole. Just like any inverted pyramid it brings great weight to bear on its point. You break that point of contact and you bring down an ever widening structure and exponentially so exponentially bringing other inverted compartments of that pyramid closer to the one just crushed underneath its own weight. Break apart other random compartments open above the crushed focussed on compartment, it causes shear stresses then cracks to form. At random in the inverted pyramid breaking pieces break free other sections at random that would not otherwise fall if the lower most stayed unitary when its threated. Break enough of the compartments at random the cracks spread so badly and so quickly the organization will fail and fall no matter how unified the bottom of the inverted pyramid held as none can handle random exponential compartments falling around them bringing the whole organization down around the bottom of the pointed tip of that pyramid.
It is therefore seen that the strength of monolithic pyramids are also their most severe weaknesses. Their strength is exponential if kept unified and focussed on each issue. When their weaknesses are exploited they exponentially shear and crash to pieces when that unity is broken.. The key therefore in their unified existance is to ensure they encircle and smother all comers there who challenge them. In that they are very inventive and in that inventiveness they can even be quite compartmentalized and in the compartmentization act very criminal.
How to identify and defeat an inverted pyramid comes from a lot of information found below - "Demographics".
Indentify some or all potential strengths & weaknesses found below in some 600 and other related in "demographics" and use them strategically and that pyramid will loose pieces and will fall:
*All aspects of incorporation, prospectus, legislation and regulation.
*Political connections to legislators all.
*Connections to other insurance organizations.
*Connections to police and law enforcement officials.
*Connections to lawyers, theirs and other law firms.
*Connections to government staff lawyers.
*Connections to judges, magistrates & associations.
*Connections to special projects, funding and groups.
*Connections to similar organizations and associations.
*Connections to their staff associations.

*Connections of staff to providers of deviant behaviours.
*Connections of staff to drugs and alcohol.
*Connections of staff to gambling, slots, cards & horses.
*Religious connections, breakdown and norms.
*Submissive staff and where in the compartamentalizations.
*Aggresive staff and where in compartamentalizations.
*Leadership groups and followers.
*Personal backgrounds and credit ratings.
*Brown envelope situations and details.
*Social events and behaviours.
*The bought and paid for opposition individuals & groups.
*Public information there and what is missing.
*Professional associations staff and external.
*Associations local, provincial, extra provincial.
*Service clubs & cults kiwanis, masons, elks etc.
