WINNIPEG POLICE SERVICE REFUSES TO PROSCUTE CRIME

March 3, 2009, the Winnipeg Police Service with full evidence of a major crimes of the criminal and illegal distribution of illegally obtained patient medical records by the law firm of Thompson Dorfman Seatman for some time now refused and still refuses to prosecute Thompson Dorfman Sweatman because of the law firms connections to the Doer New Democratic Party of Manitoba Government and the law firms connections to government departments and agencies. This indicates that the Winnipeg Police Service is acting criminally and illegally for Thompson Dorfman Sweatman and the Doer NDP Government and are being compensated for it handsomely with undisclosed as well as under the table moneys for their criminally inspired legal services rendered to the Doer NDP Government. The crime here by the Doer NDP Government, The Police and Justice System is horrendous as medical records by law are private and can not be divulged to anyone by threat of criminal law that when the law is breached the Police charge the offenders. The Winnipeg Police Service has all the evidence and for some time and is not doing anything letting Thompson Dorfman Sweatman damage anyone they want to criminally and obviously with the Dor NDP Government`s okay just to make of save dollars for the NDP Government`s interests.
