A true measure of a country is how it treats its citizens. How the country treats the young, the old, the infirm, the disadvantaged, the marginalized and the sick. Doer's New Democratic Party Government of Manitoba and how the NDP governs has now been given capital status again! Manitoba is now the human trafficing capital of Canada with child prostitution completely out of control and rampant. On so many Issues Gary Doer is so silent but then the political payoff for who elected you results in those evils being turned loose. Obviously the NDP has not yet learned who to accept money and favours from. What the NDP does or does not do will haunt them.
