Baby Beaten by Mother

I saw a shocking story in the news Today...
A woman was caught beating her child ( baby) by smashing the child's head into the pavement... She was holding the baby around the neck. Luckily, the woman was caught by a young teen who stopped her, but the woman ran off.
Investigators found pictures of the baby in a nearby window of 2 story house, no one has been caught yet, but the investigation is still going.
The child in now in the Hospital, no word on the baby's condition.
