Lets all pray that the Canadian loonie keeps on the rise and stays up. Average Canadians would be able to get in a few trips before our tax system bleeds us dry. I don't give a damn about big business as they always get the big breaks and the rest of us are sucking the hind tit.

Be careful for what you wish....
Most of this increase is a reaction to the US dollar in free fall as a result of the enlightened administration by OBOZO and his marxist clique.
This will increase as this OBOZO ET AL tilt at the Healthcare/Copenhagen windmills.
A stronger loonie raises the price of our exports, making even small business less competitive----resulting in closures and layoffs. In short the stronger loonie exports jobs, reduces government revenues, increases government expenditures on EI and support, raises taxes.........
