Americans wonder why they are hated so much ?

You know every time I hear an American asking why do the extremists hate us so much, why do they issue jihads against us ? The funny thing is most Americans have no idea that their own foreign policy is one of the defining factors in why Islamic extremists hate us so much. Does anyone believe that ten or more years ago they just woke up one morning and decided lets hate the Americans and the West today. Its been building since the early days after WWII in the middle east. Muslims have been screwed one way or another by the west and surprise surprise they now wish us all dead.
