A guy just doesn't walk in to a bar and order a chocotini. It's just not done. lol ... Oh !!! it's all about the image ... ok..and you think by ordering beer that will help  ha ha ha ... bring 'on the fancy umbrella drinks , and the flaming flamingo's ... Mmmm thier soooooooooo good Beer drinking has definitely enhanced my image...especially around the waist area. Ahh, useless carbs, how delicious thou art! |

...just sitt'n and sipp'n here , well for now ...maybe some serious drink'n later . The deck is so beautiful this time of year , the fall colors and the lake make for thee perfect backdrop . The odd boat crossing the lake makes almost hypnotic ripples that your eyes seem to follow all the to shoreline. Water rings appear and disappear as fish pop up to grab the last of the bugs , and it is so peaceful . The odd loon call can still be heard and flocks of geese begin to gather for their long trip south . A gentle warm breeze sends leaves dancing though the air in a waltzing motion. The red squirrel darts back and forth , and stops to chatter every now and then at me , as he searches for pine cones and nuts . The chipmunk is getting braver at taking peanuts from me and is actually waiting for 2 at a time now. The air is getting a little chill to it now , and I must return to the shelter of the bar ,in hopes of the sunset tonight can take my breath away.

** smiles back ** we have just about anything you want here , kind of magical that way .. . goes and gets the Killkennies Stout in a tall frosted stein and sets it down ... " Glad you like our little bar , it's very homey and don't let Petey have any beer , He tends to get very rude sometimes " ... as I turn to leave I see him enjoying the view from the picture window . It's a Tuesday night so not very busy , the regulars are in for there wings and beer special and a few games of pool . The juke box is silent for the moment so only the * crack * of the pool balls can be heard . I like nights like this , quieter chit-chat between the players , the odd person sitting at the booths . I like to wonder why thier here ....

Did everyone have a great summer ? Mine was just fantastic as I am not I repeat NOT a winter person. I like to stay inside with a hot toddy. I might go south this year .... just trying to think of where to go.

... and until you decide where your snowbird destination will be , feel free to come here and sit a while . As you can see we have the huge 4-sided fireplace already stoke for the chilly nights . The new lazy boy chairs that we have put in are very comfy and the big screen t.v. is also a added bonus . We have some of the best Hot Toddy's going , that will surely warm your heart . So the drink is on me , sit and enjoy the last of the fall colors before it's to late ...

...There awesome lazy boys !!!! the kind that just mould to your body .. ( any body- big or small ;D ) ... complete with the built in foot rest ... there a nice soft leather and the arms have a pull out tray for your drinks . So what's your pleasure ... a nice cold Corona and some wings 'n'veggie's ?
.. be sure to come early for a good seat through ,as they go fast . Some people can share a chair if you don't mind cuddling up .
